Crazy Flavorful Portobello Fajitas

Instructions
- 1. Slice the peppers, onions, and portobellos, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, salt, oregano, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- 3. Add lime juice and 1 tbsp of oil to the vegetables, then toss to coat.
- 4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
- 5. Add the vegetables to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to achieve a nice char.
- 6. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on the stove.
- 7. Divide the cooked vegetables between the tortillas and add your favorite toppings.
