Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- 2. Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
- 3. Drain the chickpeas and add them to the pot along with the tomato sauce, water, and curry powder.
- 4. Stir the mixture and bring it to a simmer.
- 5. Rinse and chop the cilantro leaves, then add them to the pot.
- 6. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Serve hot when the sauce is thick enough.
