Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unwrap the Hershey's Kisses and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add the flour and mix until no streaks of flour remain.
- Scoop a half-ounce of dough, wrap it around a Kiss, and place it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool on the tray, then roll in powdered sugar before serving.
