Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-natural drippy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Toppings

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 12 pieces Hershey’s Kisses
  • ¼ cup drizzled white chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  7. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
