Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
