garnish: lime slices, frozen cranberries, and rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Mix sugar and lime zest in a small bowl.
- Wet the rim of each champagne flute with water or lime juice and coat with the sugar lime mixture.
- Pour 2 oz. of cranberry juice into each champagne flute.
- Top each flute with Champagne.
- Garnish with frozen cranberries, rosemary sprigs, or lime slices if desired.
