Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie

Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust and allow it to cool completely, optionally making it a day in advance.
- In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients except for the whipped cream and mix until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until very stiff, optionally adding a tablespoon of powdered erythritol to aid whipping.
- Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the strawberry yogurt mixture, then add half of the remaining whipped cream and fold gently.
- Repeat with the remaining whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust, smoothing the edges and top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- Top with additional whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
