Blue Cheese Dressing

Instructions
- 1. Add blue cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, scallions, and lemon juice into a food processor and pulse until the scallions are finely chopped.
- 2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise by hand.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adding more blue cheese crumbles if a chunkier texture is preferred.
- 4. Store in jars in the refrigerator.
