Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, half of the blue cheese, sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, chives, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and onion in a medium bowl.
- Whisk or blend the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining blue cheese.
- Pour in buttermilk gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
