Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Dice the sweet potatoes and mix them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped pecans.
- Roast the sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and brush with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a food processor, whip the feta, goat cheese, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Transfer the whipped cheese to a serving dish.
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, let them cool slightly, then scoop them over the whipped goat cheese.
- Drizzle with chili crunch and olive oil, and top with fresh herbs.
- Serve with the crispy baguette.
