Southwestern Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing

Instructions
- 1. Toss the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, and onions together in a large bowl.
- 2. In a food processor, combine the avocado, garlic, cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt/pepper, and pulse until combined.
- 3. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil and water until smooth and you achieve your desired consistency.
- 4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until completely coated, or store the dressing and salad separately until ready to serve.
