Instructions
- Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing into two pint-sized mason jars.
- Chop the tomato and peach.
- Layer the chopped tomato and peach on top of the dressing in the jars.
- Stack the lettuce and basil leaves at the top of the jars.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat, then shake the jar to mix the salad before serving.
