Instructions
- Soak sliced shallots in aged balsamic vinegar for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on a plate with the marinated shallots and vinegar.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper, and add basil.
