Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onions, and fresh herbs in a medium bowl and toss to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt until smooth.

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld, preferably overnight.
