Tomato Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to make the dressing.
- In a medium salad bowl, toss the tomatoes with the dressing, then add the mozzarella and toss again.
- For better flavor, let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve within a few hours for best results.
