Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium-sized baking dish, mix the orzo, chicken stock paste, water, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried oregano, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and olives until well combined.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the orzo is al dente.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and stir, then drizzle with olive oil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are just done.
- Stir and serve topped with crumbled feta cheese and fresh oregano.
