Instructions
- Squeeze tofu to expel water and grate it.
- Heat oil and garlic in a skillet, cooking until garlic is golden.
- Add sesame seeds and Aleppo-style pepper, cooking until fragrant.
- Add grated tofu and cook until it begins to crisp.
- Stir in scallions, soy sauce, mirin, and butter, cooking until liquid evaporates.
- Serve the tofu mixture over rice, topped with sesame seeds and pepper.
