Instructions
- Cut the skin and tendons around the base of each drumette and push the meat down to form a lollipop shape.
- In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken drumettes well. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Arrange the drumettes on a wire rack over a baking pan.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or enjoy them plain.
