Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken

The marinade

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Rub ginger and garlic into the chicken.
- Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix well to coat the chicken.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
