Baked Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients

The chicken

  • lbs chicken thighs

The marinade

  • 2 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 dashes white pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the chicken thighs.
  2. Rub the ginger and garlic onto the chicken.
  3. Add the remaining marinade ingredients and coat the chicken well.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the chicken on a tray lined with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Serve immediately.
