Instructions
- Rinse and dry the chicken thighs.
- Rub the ginger and garlic onto the chicken.
- Add the remaining marinade ingredients and coat the chicken well.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the chicken on a tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
