Instructions
- Prep your rice and ingredients.
- Make a cornstarch slurry with soy sauce.
- Prep the chicken by cutting it into chunks and coating it with flour and salt.
- Brown the chicken in a skillet with oil for about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
