Honey Sesame Chicken

Instructions
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a large glass measuring cup.
- Mix tapioca starch and water to make a slurry.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Cook half the chicken pieces undisturbed for about 2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove cooked chicken and repeat with remaining pieces.
- Return all chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
- Lower heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the slurry and cook for about a minute until the sauce thickens.
- Add toasted sesame seeds and mix well.
- Serve hot with rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
