Honey Sesame Chicken

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces

Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients except cornstarch and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch and cold water in a bowl, then stir into the boiling sauce.
- Reduce heat and simmer the sauce until thickened.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and mix cornstarch with baking powder in another bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in eggs, then coat with cornstarch mixture.
- Fry chicken in batches until golden, then drain on paper towels.
- Toss fried chicken with sauce and sesame seeds, and serve warm over rice garnished with green onions.
