Sesame Chicken

The sauce

Instructions
- Combine eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix flour and cornstarch in a shallow dish.
- Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain fried chicken on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Heat a teaspoon of oil in a large pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve.
