Extra-Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken

The sauce

coconut aminos

honey

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Combine rice flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a zip-top bag and mix.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bag and coat them with the flour mixture.
- In a saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until hot, then reduce to a low simmer.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, lower the heat and add the sauce to the chicken, tossing to coat.
- Remove from heat and serve.
