Air Fryer Honey Sesame Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Mix cornstarch with garlic powder, salt, ginger, and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
- Cut chicken into 1-1.5 inch pieces and coat with the egg mixture, then the cornstarch mixture.
- Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and add the chicken in a single layer.
- Drizzle chicken with sesame oil and air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat remaining sesame oil and sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, water, honey, fish sauce, vinegar, grated onion, and Gochujang to the pan and whisk together.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce by whisking cornstarch with a portion of the sauce and adding it back to the pan.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce until well coated, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
