The Sauce

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, water, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Heat a skillet or wok over high heat and add sesame and canola oil.
- Stir-fry the green onions, ginger, and red pepper flakes for a minute.
- Add garlic and stir for another 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, then pour in the sauce.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in sesame seeds and basil or cilantro before serving.
