Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by heating sesame oil in a saucepan, then adding garlic and ginger.
- Stir in chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, bringing to a boil.
- Whisk remaining chicken broth with cornstarch and add to the sauce, boiling for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, whisk cornstarch, egg whites, salt, and pepper, then coat the chicken pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook half the chicken until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
- Repeat cooking with remaining chicken, then return all chicken to the pan and add the sauce.
- Toss to coat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
