Ginger Chicken

Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove the broccoli mixture from the pan and keep warm.
- Wipe the pan clean, increase the heat to high, and add the remaining oil.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan in a single layer, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Return the broccoli mixture to the pan and heat for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 more minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately, optionally with rice.
