Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with cornstarch and salt, adding water if needed to coat.
- Boil water and cook the broccoli for 1 minute, then drain.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add chicken and stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce and reduce heat.
- Once chicken is cooked, add broccoli and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
