Spinach Rice with Feta

Instructions
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Sauté minced garlic in butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add spinach, rice, salt, lemon juice, and water to the pot and stir briefly.
- Cover the pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes without removing the lid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork, folding in the spinach.
- Sprinkle feta over the rice and fold to combine before serving.
