Birria Quesadillas

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt one tablespoon of butter in the skillet, then dip the tortilla in the birria liquid until soaked.
- Place the soaked tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add half of the birria meat and jalapenos on the cheese.
- Once the cheese starts melting, fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat the process with the second tortilla and serve warm.
