Instructions
- Soak the tortillas in birria broth.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add a soaked tortilla to the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and add shredded birria meat.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with cilantro and diced onions, alongside the consomé for dipping.
