Golden Raisin No Bake Energy Bites

Instructions
- Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- In a food processor, finely grind the nuts, oats, and flaxseeds.
- Add the drained raisins, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the processor and pulse until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in desired toppings to coat.
- Chill the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet until they are no longer sticky.
