Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Clean the cod fillets and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine tamari sauce, lime juice, oil, honey, ginger, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Mix the marinade and drizzle it over the fish fillets.
- Roast the fish for about 10-15 minutes, covering with foil for the first 8 minutes.
- Add ginger slices during the last few minutes of baking.
- Optional: Garnish with chili pepper flakes before serving.
