Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the sablefish on a foil-lined pan or in an oiled baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the tamari sauce, lime juice, oil, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and ginger.
- Brush the marinade over the sablefish fillets and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
- Bake the sablefish in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness.
- Remove from the oven and let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
