Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Arrange the salmon, green beans, and carrots on a prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
- Spoon the sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then switch to broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
