Baked Ginger Salmon

The salmon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- 2. Grate the fresh ginger.
- 3. Combine the ginger, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil in a bowl.
- 4. Cut the salmon into four equal portions.
- 5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil, skin side down.
- 6. Spread the ginger glaze over each piece of salmon.
- 7. Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- 8. Serve immediately.
