Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place the salmon in the center, seasoning with salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, sriracha, garlic, and basil.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it is evenly coated, and wrap it tightly in the foil.
- Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, then open the foil and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
