Instructions
- Pour the sparkling wine and apple cider into a large pitcher.
- Add the cinnamon whiskey and stir until well mixed.
- For the optional cinnamon rim, combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- In another shallow dish, pour maple syrup.
- Dip the rim of each champagne flute in maple syrup, then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Use a funnel to pour the mimosa mixture into each glass.
- Garnish with apple slices, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks if desired.
- Serve chilled.
