Apple Cider Mimosa

chilled champagne, Prosecco, or other sparkling wine

For the rim

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Pour apple cider into another shallow bowl.
- Wet the edges of the glasses in apple cider and dip them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- In each glass, pour 1 ounce of brandy or rum and 2 ounces of apple cider.
- Top each glass with 4 ounces of champagne and garnish with apple slices.
- Serve immediately.
