Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, melted butter, coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- Mix with a hand mixer or standing mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
- Line a mini cupcake pan with liners or leave unlined.
- Spoon the mixture into the cupcake/muffin tin to make 12 small fat bombs.
- Smooth the top of each bomb with a spoon or knife.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or until hardened.
- Remove from the tray and serve.
