Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, melted butter, coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with a hand mixer or standing mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
  4. Line a mini cupcake pan with liners or leave unlined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake/muffin tin to make 12 small fat bombs.
  6. Smooth the top of each bomb with a spoon or knife.
  7. Freeze for 30 minutes or until hardened.
  8. Remove from the tray and serve.
