Instructions
- Pulse the macadamia nuts in a food processor until mostly broken down.
- Add MCT oil, melted coconut oil, and vanilla, then puree until nut butter forms.
- Gradually add cocoa powder and sweetener, pureeing after each addition until smooth.
- Line a mini muffin pan with parchment liners and fill each liner with the mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed macadamia nuts on top.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes until solid.
