Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter, drippy
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40 drops liquid stevia
  • to taste sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray a mini cupcake tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with mini cupcake liners.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the drippy peanut butter and melted coconut oil.
  3. 3. Add the cocoa powder and liquid stevia, mixing until combined.
  4. 4. Use a teaspoon to scoop about 3 heaping teaspoons of the mixture into each mini cupcake tin until the mixture is gone.
  5. 5. Optionally, swirl in more drippy peanut butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. 6. Freeze for 1-2 hours until completely frozen.
  7. 7. Once frozen, remove from the tin and store in a freezer-safe plastic bag.
