Ingredients

The fat bomb mixture

  • cup unsalted creamy cashew butter
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or ¼ teaspoon of liquid stevia

Optional toppings

  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with nonstick muffin liners.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together cashew butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  4. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup, aiming for 12 cups.
  5. Top with extra sprinkles and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  6. Freeze the muffin tin for at least 30 minutes before serving.
