Instructions
- Sauté the onion in olive oil with a pinch of salt until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- Add marinara sauce, water, and pasta to the pot and stir.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure, then stir the mixture.
- Serve immediately topped with Parmesan and black pepper.
