Instructions
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small jar or bowl and whisk well.
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork, mushrooms, onion, and season with salt and pepper for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the diced water chestnuts and continue to cook until the pork is fully cooked.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the sauce and 2 tablespoons of water, and bring to a low simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the pork mixture in lettuce leaves and add desired toppings.
