Toasted Granola Bars with Quinoa, Chia and Flax Seeds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds on the baking sheet and toast for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, including the toasted mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey and peanut butter until well combined.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully mixed.
- Line a baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Press the granola mixture into the dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours to set, then lift out of the dish and cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
