Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Toast the oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth, then stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine the toasted mixture with the peanut butter mixture and let cool for 5 minutes before adding chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on desired chewiness.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
