Easy Granola Bars

Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, salt, and any optional dry mix-ins in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, bring the honey to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth, then pour over the oats and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper and press firmly into the pan.
- Let the mixture cool, then slice into 12 bars and store in an airtight container.
