Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

natural peanut butter

brown rice syrup or honey

Instructions
- Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with aluminum foil.
- Blend oats, nut butter, brown rice syrup (or honey), dates, and salt until smooth.
- For the s’mores flavor, add cocoa powder and blend.
- Fold in graham crackers and marshmallows for the s’mores.
- For the tropical flavor, fold in macadamia nuts, coconut, and optional pineapple.
- For the peanut butter chocolate chip flavor, fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into 6 even bars and store in an airtight container.
